I have served the Eastern Tampa, Brandon, Seffner, Riverview, and Valrico areas of Hillsborough County Florida since obtaining my Sales Agent License back in 2003 (#SL3057778.)  I am in the minority when it comes to the percentage of agents who passed their state exam on their FIRST attempt -- and I did so with flying colors. Likewise, I have remained active in the real estate business significantly longer than the 'average' agent.My niche has changed over the past 19+ years, to include managing over 30 properties simultaneously in the past.  My wide range/variety of experience has helped me better service my customers on a countless number of occasions.   Although I no longer manage rental properties, I do continue offering the service of tenant placement, to includes property marketing and applicant screening.  Once I locate a qualified tenant, I pass everything off to the property owner to handle tenant repair requests, etc.  In addition to 'lease only' transactions, I focus on listing residential properties for sale.I pride myself on 'going by the book' at all times in my business dealings.  I have never intentionally misled a tenant, nor customer/homeowner -- even on occasions when I knew it would be easy to get away with it.  As an example, I have refused cash kickbacks from vendors/handymen who offered to roll a 'markup' into my customers' bill. Integrity/ethics is extremely important to me; it never waivers!
